Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Individual Booking: If cancelling 1 day before arrival, forfeit 20% of the booking total
  • Group Booking: If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit

Conditions

At Tripod by Pedestal, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be flexible with our cancellation policy.

 

Room Reservations

  • If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time to avoid any cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival time will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  •  No-shows will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost.

 

Group Reservations (5+ rooms)

  • For group reservations, cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur no cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 14-7 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 6-1 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the total reservation cost.

Special Events and Holidays

During peak periods, special events, or holidays, our cancellation policy may be more restrictive. Please check with our reservations team for specific details.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.


Exceptions
